Private Appointments

  • If the CLIENT is unable to attend a PRIVATE APPOINTMENT due to a health issue, the CLIENT may reschedule the PRIVATE APPOINTMENT by presenting a medical record that attests to the health issue. The medical record must correspond to an in-person medical consultation for an unforeseeable health issue (medical exams not performed in person, such as medical exams via phone, video, and/or email, are not acceptable), be issued by a certified medical entity, and apply specifically to the CLIENT and the scheduled date of the PRIVATE APPOINTMENT. Cosmetic and voluntary procedures and their recovery periods are not considered unforeseeable health issues. Certified medical entities include hospitals, clinics, and other legally recognized health institutions.
  • For the purpose of ensuring a high-quality experience (e.g., avoiding fatigue and promoting the physical and mental well-being of all participants), certain rest periods ("BREAKS") are allowed during the scheduled time of each PRIVATE APPOINTMENT:
    • The CLIENT may take one or more BREAKS of any length by clearly communicating to the PROVIDER when s(he) wishes to take a BREAK and when s(he) is ready to resume. During each BREAK requested by the CLIENT, the PROVIDER will remain on standby, ready to continue the PRIVATE APPOINTMENT.
    • The PROVIDER may take one or more BREAKS for physical needs such as resting, hydrating, or using the restroom.
    • The PROVIDER may end the PRIVATE APPOINTMENT up to 5 minutes before the scheduled end time for each scheduled hour (e.g., to prepare and begin each PRIVATE APPOINTMENT on time, rest physically and mentally, and maintain proper hygiene between PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS). For example: for PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS of 1.0 or 1.5 hours, the PROVIDER may end the PRIVATE APPOINTMENT up to 5 minutes before the scheduled end time; for 2.0 or 2.5 hours, up to 10 minutes before the scheduled end time; and for 3.0 or 3.5 hours, up to 15 minutes before the scheduled end time.
    • Both CLIENT and PROVIDER should clearly communicate with each other before taking any BREAK.
    • The duration of each PRIVATE APPOINTMENT will not be extended by BREAKS.
    • We always want to provide the best experience. Please inform us if you believe any BREAKS taken during your PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS are unreasonable. The purpose of BREAKS is to ensure a higher quality experience, not to reduce appointment time.
  • Unless otherwise approved by DANCEFREE, CLIENTS may take no more than 2 hours of PRIVATE APPOINTMENT with the same PROVIDER per CALENDAR DAY, subject to PROVIDER availability.
  • The hours in a purchased package are valid for 90 CALENDAR DAYS commencing on the date of purchase, may only be used by the person they were originally purchased for and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • It is prohibited to enter with COMPANIONS, even if they are also DANCEFREE CLIENTS, unless the applicable surcharge for each additional person, as defined by DANCEFREE, has been paid before the start time of the PRIVATE APPOINTMENT.
  • To ensure the quality and tranquility of every CLIENT's PRIVATE APPOINTMENT experience, the CLIENT may arrive up to 30 minutes before and depart up to 30 minutes after her or his PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS. In all cases, the CLIENT must refrain from making noise, causing distractions, or otherwise disturbing other CLIENTS and PROVIDERS during their PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS.
  • The CLIENT accepts that her or his PRIVATE APPOINTMENT may be held in a common space where other PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS may be simultaneously held.
  • The CLIENT has the option of scheduling her or his PRIVATE APPOINTMENT in a private or semi-private space (for example, in a private salon or mezzanine area), subject to availability, for an additional charge as specified by DANCEFREE.
  • Minimum purchase: 1 hour.
  • Minimum duration of a PRIVATE APPOINTMENT: 1 hour.
  • All PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS must be paid for in advance.
  • It is not permitted to schedule PRIVATE APPOINTMENT hours that have not yet been paid for.
  • Once PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS are scheduled, CLIENTS are required to make cancellations or changes minimum 2 CALENDAR DAYS in advance.
  • Changes or cancellations of already-scheduled PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS are valid only if the CLIENT has received a written confirmation from DANCEFREE.
  • If a CLIENT does not attend all or part of a PRIVATE APPOINTMENT or cancels later than 2 CALENDAR DAYS in advance, the entire number of hours scheduled will be charged to the hours purchased in advance by the CLIENT.
  • DANCEFREE provides each CLIENT with a secure, password-protected online account to view scheduled PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS and sends reminders to the email address registered by the CLIENT. However, the CLIENT is responsible for ensuring her or his device(s) are set to the correct time zone of the PRIVATE APPOINTMENT. For clarity, the applicable time zone is always that of the location from which the PROVIDER delivers the SERVICE. Colombia’s time zone is UTC-05:00. DANCEFREE is not responsible for the CLIENT’s failure to attend scheduled PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS, in part or in full, under any circumstances, including, but not limited to erroneous email addresses, technical failures, power and data outages, unreliable Internet connections, and time zone differences.
  • DANCEFREE provides each CLIENT with a secure, password-protected online account to view remaining, unscheduled PRIVATE APPOINTMENT hours and sends reminders of remaining, unscheduled PRIVATE APPOINTMENT hours to the email address registered by the CLIENT. Any error in the calculation of the CLIENT's remaining, unscheduled PRIVATE APPOINTMENT hours, including, but not limited to PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS not yet charged and/or charged to incorrect accounts, will be corrected by DANCEFREE, DANCEFREE is not responsible for and the CLIENT will not benefit from such error, and the CLIENT will be charged accordingly.
  • DANCEFREE reserves the right to supervise PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS from time to time, both offline (in person or through surveillance monitoring equipment) and online (via video conferencing platforms and other digital tools, including, but not limited to, Google Meet and Zoom). All supervision will be conducted in a polite and non-intrusive manner, solely for the purpose of ensuring and improving the quality and safety of the experience for all participants.

Group Activities

  • MINORS are prohibited from entering. Everyone must carry an official government-issued ID for age verification.
  • DANCEFREE reserves the right to cancel any EVENT for any reason, without extending the CLIENT’s MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, including, but not limited to when there is a SPECIAL EVENT, Dry Law, or force majeure.
  • The MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP is valid for the number of months purchased, with each month defined as 30 CALENDAR DAYS.
  • The MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE DATE is the date on which DANCEFREE receives payment for the CLIENT’s MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP.
  • The MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP begins on the MEMBERSHIP START DATE, which may be either the MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE DATE or a future date selected by the CLIENT.
  • The CLIENT may select a future MEMBERSHIP START DATE only on the MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE DATE. This date must be no later than 30 CALENDAR DAYS after the MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE DATE.
  • The CLIENT may not change the MEMBERSHIP START DATE after the MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE DATE or after attending any EVENT paid for with the CLIENT’s MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, with no exceptions.
  • If the CLIENT purchases a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP for more than one month (30 CALENDAR DAYS per month), all months will be continuous, with no gaps between them, and will start on the MEMBERSHIP START DATE.
  • DANCEFREE allows one (1) MEMBERSHIP FREEZE per purchase, regardless of the number of months purchased. A MEMBERSHIP FREEZE must be requested at least three (3) CALENDAR DAYS before the requested start date, MEMBERSHIP FREEZE START DATE, and must last a minimum of seven (7) and a maximum of thirty (30) CALENDAR DAYS. During a MEMBERSHIP FREEZE, the MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP will be inactive, and the CLIENT will have no membership privileges, with no exceptions.
  • DANCEFREE offers two types of MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS:
    • The first type is the LIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. This membership includes up to 10 EVENTS per month purchased (30 CALENDAR DAYS per month). The CLIENT may purchase between 1 and 12 months, subject to the prices and terms on the MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE DATE. The LIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP does not allow unused EVENTS to be carried over. If the CLIENT attends fewer than 10 EVENTS during a 30 CALENDAR DAY period, any remaining EVENTS are automatically forfeited and have no future value, with no exceptions. If the CLIENT purchases more than one month of the LIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP and has already used the maximum 10 EVENTS for the current 30 CALENDAR DAY period, the LIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP will be inactive and the CLIENT will have no MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP privileges until the next 30 CALENDAR DAY period begins, if applicable. Each 30 CALENDAR DAY period begins by adding 30 CALENDAR DAYS to the start date of the previous period, with the first period beginning on the MEMBERSHIP START DATE.
    • The second type of MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP is the UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. The UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP includes unlimited EVENTS for each month purchased (30 CALENDAR DAYS per month). The CLIENT may purchase between 1 and 12 months, subject to the prices and terms on the MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE DATE.
    • Both the LIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP and the UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP include PRIORITY CHECK-IN, allowing the CLIENT to enter before CLIENTS without an active MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. PRIORITY CHECK-IN does not apply when the CLIENT’s MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP is inactive, including, but not limited to, during MEMBERSHIP FREEZES for all types of MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS and when the CLIENT has already used the maximum 10 EVENTS for the applicable 30 CALENDAR DAY period under the LIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. If the CLIENT purchases more than one month of the LIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP and has already used the maximum 10 EVENTS for the applicable 30 CALENDAR DAY period, PRIORITY CHECK-IN will restart on the date the next 30 CALENDAR DAY period begins, if applicable.
  • The MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP is personal and non-transferable.
  • It is prohibited to enter with food or beverages during BAR, SOCIALS, SPECIAL EVENTS and PRIVATE EVENTS.

Bar & Socials

  • MINORS are prohibited from entering. Everyone must carry an official government-issued ID for age verification.
